Cancellation and contracting policy

These are set out in the attached contracts, both for the minimum duration contract of 7 days and for the longer duration contract.

Summary of, among others, the main conditions of minimum duration contracts:

  1. Price: Varies depending on seasonality, duration and demand. The calendar on this website offers the established price for the desired stay.
  2. Check-in: No earlier than 16:00 hrs on the day of check-in.
    Check-out: No later than 1:00 hrs on the day of departure.
  3. Cleaning and bed linen. Cleaning and change of linen included in the price.
  4. Cancellation Policy.
    As to short term lettings (less than 8 days) Cancellation will not entail any penalty if notice is given more than 15 days prior to the date of arrival.
    If notice of cancellation is given 7 days prior to the date of arrival, 50% of the contracted rent will be payable.
    In the event that none of the above notice periods are complied with, the full amount of the booking will be payable.
  5. Payment method.
    Payment will be made at the conclusion of the reservation and signing of the contract, either by bank transfer or by payment made by virtual TPV/payment gateway available, paying the amount for all items included in this rental.
